Founding Partner
Purane S Magesh is a Practicing Chartered Accountant, also a Commerce graduate from PSG college of Arts and Science ,Coimbatore. She Pursued her Articleship at M/s Sundaram & Srinivasan Under CA P.Menakshisundaram and has been acknowledged by her principal for her dedication during her training period . She has experience in handling assignments in the areas of Direct Tax ,GST, Statutory Audits ,Internal Audits ,Financial reporting Under IND AS ,Valuation and Bank treasury Audits. She also has 2 years of Industry experience as Head -Accounts and Taxation at Rchan Tools private limited and its Group Organizations. Her focus area includes Virtual CFO Services and other Consultancy Assignments. Her Vision is to Create a remarkable Service History in the field of Audit and advisory, with an extraordinary value addition and Support to the client’s business.
Managing Partner
Sanjeev Sathiyanarayan is a Practicing Chartered Accountant who gained his membership at ICAI at a young age of 21 and has contributed to the firm’s history and evolution since inception. He handles regular Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Tax Audits, Accounting advisory and outsourcing, Tax Advisory, Special Purpose Certificates, GST Compliances and Advisory. He pursued his CA Articleship at M/s Sundaram & Srinivasan under CA P.Menakshisundaram where he gained experience in Internal Audits, Statutory Audits, Virtual CFO Services, Bank Audit and GST Compliance assignments. He is also a Commerce graduate from Indira Gandhi National Open University. He has also pursued the Financial Markets, Investment Strategy Specialization from Indian School of Business, Leading People and teams Specialization from University of Michigan through a non-credit course offered through Coursera. With characteristic self-belief, Sanjeev also finds time to pursue his passion for writing books. His vision is to provide Value addition through services offered by him and his team to enable exponential growth both to the clients and to the firm.
